Walk - Bergsetdalen-Bergsetbreen The starting point for this trip is the car park at Bergset, the innermost farm in Krundalen. From the car park, walk along the riverbank, carry on for short distance along the tractor pathway and thereafter take the well-prepared and signposted footpath along the flat Bergset Valley. The vegetation is rich to start with, but as you get closer to the glacier the less you will see less of trees and other plants. Take special care near the Bakli Glacier, located at the northern side of the valley run, when visiting the Bergset Glacier. The Jostedal Glacier complex is in a growth period, and the danger of ice slides and falls is higher than normal. It takes about 1 hour to reach the Glacier.
