A tasty start to the day

Our breakfast is served in the restaurant in the Main House and consists of a combination of À la carte and buffet. We offer, among other things, freshly cooked omelettes or Eggs Benedict from the kitchen. - Or how about a bowl of the chef's oat dream, made with local apple juice from Solvorn, topped with seasonal berries!

In the buffet you can help yourself to whatever you want. Here you will find bread from Lustrabui Bakeri, homemade bread, freshly cooked waffles and a colorful selection of spreads etc. When the season allows, we make jam from our own plums, or from local berries.

For those who wish, you can pack a packed lunch from the buffet, talk to the staff for packed lunch paper and price. If the sun shows up, it is lovely to have breakfast outdoors on the terrace by the Glass Veranda. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee, brewed at Sognefjord Kaffibrenneri's beans, while you enjoy the view of the quiet fjord.
